Do you require a long contract?
90-day minimum to instrument and stabilize, then month-to-month. If the number isn’t moving, you walk.
What ROAS should I expect?
3-5x average for HVAC and plumbing. Pest and electrical trend higher because the jobs close faster. We set the floor for your trade in the audit.
Will you spend my budget if you can’t hit the target?
